As we look to start our 2014 season we return numerous players from last years team. Among them, new captains Tim Sheedy and Cody "Squints" Rondeau. Also back from last years team, the third and reigning captain Mark Wananeen. We most of the Saint Mary's MUTS and Winona State Experience guys. New additions to ACU this year include a hand full of the Blue Skunks of Minnesota State University-Mankato.
This year we look forward to take the field with a strong core of players. We hope to harmonize on our way to victory at the MS Open in Austin, MN; MUDI in Maple Plains, MN; and Cooler Classic in Milwaukee, WI. With this our slate of concerts we look to improve again as we have the last two years on our record from years past.
Check back in as we will try and blog before we head out for each concert, so you can see which of your favorite singers will or won't be at each concert. We will try and blog after each day or at the very least at the end and update you on the concert. We will include full standings at the end of tournaments and if you are lucky maybe we will be able to get some to keep positive stats such as goals, assists, and d's. (Since focusing on the negative is what this team is definitely not about)
We look forward to this year and wish the best of luck to all fellow teams/competitors (minus Brandon "Snugs" Matis just beacuse, jk) in Open, Mixed, and Women's divisions. And best of luck to all teams that are representing the USA at Worlds in Lecco, Italy.
